Frequently Asked Questions

How do I charge the bike ?It's easy - similar to charging up your lap top or mobile phone. In our smaller scooters, the batteries are stored under the seat where they can be easily removed or left in place for charging For our larger bikes (Volpe & Domino), there is a socket connection typically on the side of the bike. The charger itself is the size of a tissue box and has a standard UK domestic 240v, 13A plug
-
Can the bike be stored outside ?Yes - no problem. All our bikes go through tests to ensure they will withstand the rigours of the English weather and worse. We would however recommend a suitable rain cover is used.
